Scott M. Kendall, J.D. (USAFA ’84), brings a unique and disciplined perspective to the study of non-human intelligence, rooted in a career spanning military aviation and constitutional law.
A 1984 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Mr. Kendall earned a B.S. in International Affairs with a specialization in National Security Policy. He received a Regular Commission as an officer in the USAF, serving as a B-52 Navigator, Instructor Navigator, and Radar Navigator at Wurtsmith AFB. A Distinguished Graduate of both his B-52 Navigator and Radar Navigator classes, he held a Top Secret ESI (Extremely Sensitive Information) compartmentalized security clearance, giving him firsthand experience with the protocols used to manage the nation’s most sensitive secrets.
Following an Honorable Discharge to pursue a career in law, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he again graduated as a Distinguished Graduate in 1993. During his seventeen-year legal career, Mr. Kendall litigated cases ranging from family law to personal injury, developing a specialized niche in religious liberty and First Amendment appellate issues. This background in the legal rights of families and the protection of spiritual belief provides a critical framework for his analysis of the current “Incursion.”
Today, Mr. Kendall applies his training in national security policy and the rules of evidence to deconstruct the “shadows on the wall” of the modern UFO phenomenon. He lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he continues to advocate for a forensic, unified understanding of the physical and spiritual realities facing humanity.
